our company
Suzzan's Home-Care Agency provides non-medical home care services to seniors and adults with disabilities across Connecticut. Based in Windsor, our caregivers help clients remain safe and independent in their own homes with personal care, companionship, and everyday household support. We serve clients through Connecticut Medicaid, Medicaid Waiver, and 1915(c) Home and Community-Based Services programs, and we work directly with case managers, discharge planners, and families to arrange care that fits each client's plan.
